Order Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday to Friday and handed over to our logistics partners daily at 4:00 PM (Sydney, UTC+10). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within 3 days.
Shipping Regions
We currently ship to United States and Japan. Warehouses may fulfill orders locally or via our AMZ stock depending on availability. Please allow for slight tracking delays due to timezone differences or third-party handling.

Customs Duties
Most orders are duty-free. JINRAIKO covers customs in the US and Japan. If you request alternative shipping methods, you may be responsible for duties and customs clearance.
Tracking
Once shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and link. You can also track it anytime at track your order. If you can't find the email, please check your spam folder or contact us at support@jinraiko.com.
Lost Packages
- Lost in transit: We will resend your order free of charge.

Marked as delivered but not received:
- Check with neighbors or family members
- Contact the courier for delivery info
- Review nearby camera footage if applicable
- If not resolved, file a police or carrier report
Packages destroyed after long local storage are not refundable. Reshipment is possible for $15–$20 depending on your region.
Incorrect Address
If you entered the wrong address, email support@jinraiko.com immediately. If the package hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually correct it. After shipment, local carriers must be contacted directly.
- Returned Packages: We’ll request a new address and can resend for a $15 fee.
- Destroyed Packages: If due to customer error, no refund or reshipment will be issued.
