Warranty Policy – JINRAIKO
At JINRAIKO, we stand behind the quality and durability of our products. We offer a 2-year limited warranty on all JINRAIKO products, applied consistently for customers worldwide, in accordance with EU consumer protection standards.
This warranty applies only to orders purchased directly from the official JINRAIKO website. We are not responsible for items purchased through unauthorized channels.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers the following issues under normal use:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Malfunctioning magnetic components, hinges, or wireless charging systems
The following are not covered under this warranty:
- Accessories or free gifts (e.g., adapters)
- Damage caused by misuse, drops, improper handling, or accidents
- Cosmetic wear and tear from regular use
- Unauthorized repairs, disassembly, or modifications
Shipping Costs
If your product has a defect covered under warranty within 2 years of purchase:
- JINRAIKO will cover all shipping costs including return and replacement shipping.
- If the issue is outside warranty scope, the customer may bear return shipping and repair fees.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To request service, contact our support team at support@jinraiko.com with the following:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video clearly showing the defect
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions. Upon receiving your product, we will repair or replace it free of charge and handle the return shipping.
⚠️ Do not send back any product without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Additional Notes
- Warranty coverage begins on the purchase date.
- Repaired or replaced items remain covered only under the original 2-year warranty (not extended).
- This warranty is provided in addition to your local legal consumer rights.
