At JINRAIKO, we are committed to providing high-quality products and services to our global customers. We respect the laws and regulations of each country and ensure your consumer rights are fully protected.
Return Eligibility
- General Products: Items must be brand new and unused. All original packaging and accessories must be intact, with no scratches, stains, or signs of use.
- Power Banks: Must retain the protective film. If removed, the item is not eligible for return.
14-Day No-Questions-Asked Return
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it without providing a reason (based on delivery date in tracking records).
- Products must be unused and include all accessories.
- If products show signs of use, we may deduct 5–30% of the value based on condition.
- JINRAIKO covers the return shipping costs.
- No restocking fees apply.
- We recommend retaining original packaging.
Returns from Day 14 to Day 30
- Items must still meet the above return eligibility.
- Customer bears return shipping cost.
- No hidden fees or restocking charges.
How to Return a Product
- Submit a Return Request: Contact our support team via live chat or email support@jinraiko.com.
- Receive Return Instructions: We'll provide the best warehouse address for your location.
- ⚠️ Do not return items without approval: Unauthorized returns may be lost and shipping costs will not be refunded.
- Ship the Item: Take photos of the item, packaging, and accessories before shipping. Provide a valid tracking number and receipt within 3 days.
Returns Due to Defects or Quality Issues
If your item has a defect or quality issue, contact us immediately. We’ll issue a full refund or replacement once verified.
- All shipping costs will be covered by JINRAIKO.
- Please provide a video clearly showing the defect.
Refund Timeline
- Once your return is confirmed to be in good condition, we will process your refund within 2 business days.
- Refunds are returned to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, PayPal).
- It may take 1–8 business days to appear in your account.
- Return shipping reimbursements (if applicable) are processed via PayPal or other suitable method.
- JINRAIKO covers damages during transit.
